Term and Condition Karisma Luxury Rental

Minimum Age: 25 -30 years old, depending from the model.

Driver's License: Driver's license released more than one year ago; The same for the second driver approved by MONDIAL LUXURY SERVICES SRLS
Minimum duration of the rent: 24h; After that the 2 extra hour following will be considered as an extra day
Tank: not included.

Payament Conditions: Bank transfer or Authorised credit card, that will be held by us for damages of high amount caused to the car by the client.

The collection of the rental cost be made upon receipt of the confirmation voucher.
Insurance: RCA , fire, thief and collision included
Insurance policy: Policy thief or collision: In case of stealing or damaging of the booked car, it will be applicated the policy of the 15% of the damage (100% of the damage under 2.500,00 Euro). In case of volontary accident or serious negligence, the client must pay in full the real value of the car. The Insurance do not cover damages provoqued by improper use. In case of mechanical damage caused by improper use car, the days the car is unused also will be counted as part of the hire.

Equipement: GPS, automatic trasmission
Drop-off abd Pick-up: on customer's request
Penalty for rental booking cancelation: for cancelations communicated 7 days before, the penalty would be the 50% of the total amount. For cancelations communicated 24 hours before the penalty would be the 100% of the total hire amount.
Fines: in case of fines taken during the period of the rental, the client authorizes the company to charge the fine amount on the credit card left as guarantee with the voucher.
